BackPass is led by people who combine frontline social work, digital delivery, and community partnerships.
Dominic Porteous
CEO
Dominic has five years of experience as a social worker, supporting asylum seekers, refugees, and young men as they transition out of care. He leads safeguarding partnerships and drives outreach with Local Authorities and partners.
Karim Allaouat
CTO
Karim brings a computer science background and senior consulting experience to BackPass. He focuses on the technology, and works with partners and Local Authorities to keep the product evolving for everyone.
Will Hardie-Brown
CFO
Will brings a wealth of experience in executive and operational management from the social-impact startup world. With a history of driving sustainable growth, Will is focused on building the internal frameworks that will allow BackPass to scale its impact.
